Material Integrity

Heirloom scale models

We reject synthetic polymers. Our London workshop shapes architectural visions using hand-cast concrete, sustainably sourced hardwoods, and solid milled brass for high-stakes competition entries.

The Palette

Honest structural elements

Every raw material is meticulously selected for its physical weight, grain direction, and tactile response to natural light during high-stakes presentations.

02 / Walnut
03 / Brass

Hand-cast stone

Carved hardwood

Milled alloy

Poured in custom molds to capture brutalist textures and structural mass.

Sustainably sourced walnut selected for grain direction, providing organic warmth.

Solid brass components milled to sub-millimeter tolerances for precise metallic details.

The Casting Process

Liquid stone to solid form

We mix our concrete with fine aggregates to ensure flawless edge definition at 1:100 scale. Each mix is hand-poured into non-porous molds to eliminate surface voids.

The curing process takes forty-eight hours under controlled humidity, ensuring the final model carries the physical weight and cool tactile presence of a real monolithic structure.

The Workflow

From CAD to physical monument

01 / Digital alignment

02 / Technical milling

03 / Hand finishing

We translate your complex CAD blueprints into physical tooling paths, analyzing grain direction and joint tolerances before cutting any raw material.

Our multi-axis CNC mills carve raw walnut and brass blocks with sculptural precision, establishing the exact geometric foundation of the model.

Every surface is hand-chiseled, polished, and assembled in our London studio, ensuring the physical weight matches the architectural vision.

Prepare your next competition submission with physical models that command absolute attention. Order a curated set of material samples to feel the quality firsthand.
